Catering quote & booking — Austin, Texas
Request a Catering Quote in Austin
Tell us the date, the guest count, the venue, and the dietary mix, and we will come back with a format and a menu sized for your event. You do not need a finalized guest list to start — an estimate is enough for a first quote.
Start with an estimate, not a final list
Most people who write to us are still working out the shape of the event. You may have a venue booked and a rough number of guests, or you may have a date and nothing else. Either is fine to start with.
Send what you know and mark what you do not. We will suggest a format — taco bar, buffet, or burrito boxes — and put a quote together around it. Nothing is locked in until you confirm the menu and headcount.
What to include in your request
The more you tell us upfront, the faster a real quote comes back
Guest count, event date, venue or neighborhood, how long the event runs, and any dietary needs. If you already know you want a taco bar, a buffet, or burrito boxes, say so and we will build from there. If you are still deciding on a format, describe the event and we will suggest one.
- Guest count — a range is fine if the list is still moving.
- Event date and start time, plus how long you expect service to run.
- Venue name or neighborhood, and anything unusual about access or setup space.
- Dietary needs — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies worth planning around.
We would rather ask a follow-up question now than adjust the plan on the event day. If two formats are close in price for your headcount, tell us the venue and schedule and we will help you choose.

Service area
We are based on South Congress and cater across the Austin area. Delivery and setup are part of most bookings. Full-service catering is available when you want staff on site through the event.
If your venue sits outside our usual range, ask anyway. Sometimes the answer is yes with a different setup plan — a drop-off with chafing trays instead of an attended bar, for example.
We are not a walk-in dining room. Visits to the South Congress address are by appointment for tastings and event planning.
Booking timeline
Earlier is better, especially for weekends and wedding season
Contact us with your date and headcount to check availability. For corporate lunches and smaller events, a shorter lead time is often workable. If your date is close, call rather than email.
-
Weeks or months out
Weddings and large weekends
Send the date as soon as you have a venue. Wedding season fills the calendar first, and the earlier we start the more room there is to tune the menu around your headcount.
-
A few weeks out
Corporate lunches and office events
Burrito boxes and buffet setups for a known headcount usually come together on a shorter timeline. Give us the delivery window and the dietary split and we can work from there.
-
Close to the date
Same-week and last-minute
Call us. Phone is faster than email when the date is near, and we can tell you straight away what the kitchen can put together for your guest count.
What happens after you send your request
From your message to a plan you can hand to the venue
We review your details, suggest a format, and send a quote. If you want changes, we adjust. Once the menu and headcount are confirmed, we plan the setup around your venue's access and service area.
You will know what is being served, when we arrive, and what we need from the venue before the day.
We read the details
Date, headcount, venue, and dietary notes go to the same person who plans the setup, so nothing gets lost between a sales reply and the kitchen.
We suggest a format
Taco bar, buffet, burrito boxes, or full-service with staff on site. We pick based on the venue, the schedule, and how your guests will move through the room.
You get a quote
Priced against the headcount you gave us, with the menu laid out item by item. Change the guest count or the format and the quote gets reworked.
We plan the setup
Once the menu and headcount are confirmed, we work out arrival time, access, and what the venue needs to have ready before we get there.
Questions before you book
Ask now, adjust less on the day
Ask about formats, portions, dietary options, or setup constraints. We would rather answer a question now than adjust on the event day. If you are between two formats, tell us the venue and schedule and we will help you decide.
Still want to look before you write? The catering menus show the taco bars, buffets, and party trays we build from, and events we cater covers how the formats work for different kinds of gatherings.
How do I get a quote?
Send your event date, guest count, venue, and dietary needs. We will suggest a format and return a quote.
Do you deliver?
Delivery and setup are part of most bookings. Full-service catering is also available with staff on site.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is better for weekends and wedding season. For smaller events, shorter lead times are often workable. Call if your date is close.
Can I change the menu after the quote?
Yes. We adjust the menu and portions until the headcount is confirmed.
Can you handle dietary needs across a large guest list?
Tell us the mix when you send the request — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or specific allergies. We plan portions and station setup around it and flag anything we cannot safely cover before you confirm.
Ready to check your date?
Send the details you have, even if the guest list is still moving. We will confirm availability, suggest a format, and return a quote you can take back to your venue or your team.
